- Shipping, Handling & Delivery
- For United States addresses:
- The item(s) will be shipped from Illinois via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.
- Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
For Canadian addresses & to other countries: - The item(s) will be shipped from Ontario via Canada Post, UPS or Fedex Ground.
- Delivery time is 2 to 6 business days (or longer for destinations outside the USA and Canada).
All orders are automatically combined and fees are calculated based on total weight, packaging/handling requirements and final destinations. If you need expedited shipping please don't hesitate to contact us for more information. - Privacy & Security
- For each visitor to this website, our webserver does not automatically retain information pertaining to domain and/or e-mail addresses. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
- Returns & Replacements
- When you submit an order, either using our online ordering pages or any written media, we guarantee your order will be correct to your specifications with regards to items, quantities and specific instruction regarding shipping, handling, timing and/or pertaining to packaging other than the usual. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) shipped is defective, or if we have shipped you the wrong item. You must file for a return within 7 business days from the date of the receipt of the product. In order to return an item, please contact our Illinois office to secure an RMA number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back via the same carrier. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Any refund issued will not include shipping and handling charges.
- Ordering
- All orders received and confirmed by email, fax or voice will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears (or if applicable, credit has been approved) Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed within the next business day. We reserve the right to verify your shipping address before the order is processed.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions

- For security reasons we only ship to confirmed addresses via Paypal or Paypal Direct.
- PayPal: please make sure you are using a verified PayPal shipping address.
- Credit Card via Paypal Direct: We ship only to the addresses listed with the credit card company. If you need shipment to an alternate address, please add the address with your credit card company before making the payment.
- Prices are fixed and specific to customer groups.
- From time to time, Durafresh Online will launch promotional programs with specific targets and effective dates. All activities relating to these programs will be governed via promo codes/coupons and will be strictly monitored in its usage. Please take extra care in entering these codes/coupons within appropriate ordering pages in the site. Please don't hesitate to call us at the Illinois office if you have any questions whatsoever.
- Viewing Orders
- All ordering pages will provide customers opportunities to review inputted information before submission. Please take extra care in your ordering to help us facilitate faster turnaround times. Registered customers will be able to view historical information of past orders. Please call if you need more detailed reports.
- Updating Account Information
- You should login to check, edit and update all of your account information. The Durafresh Online system offers very simple flows of mouse clicks and data entry to achieve this. Please make sure that you've also entered your "primary shipping and billing addresses". Also, please be reminded that being registered (maintaining an active account) means that you will also be able to do the following:
- Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
- Check the status of your orders
- View past orders
- Change your password
- Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members, friends & associates)
